Cancellation policy

Charlie's Bookshelf is a monthly membership that is billed every 30 days. You may cancel your Charlie's Bookshelf membership at any time through your customer account or by contacting us at hello@charliesbookshelf.com.

Your membership will remain active until the end of your current billing period, and no further recurring charges will be made after cancellation.

If a renewal payment has already been processed, it is generally non-refundable. However, if you believe you've been charged in error, please contact us and we'll be happy to review your account.

After cancellation, we'll ask that any books currently in your possession be returned within 14 days using the prepaid return label provided. Once your books have been returned, your membership will be considered complete.

If you decide to rejoin in the future, we'd be delighted to welcome your family back.
